Oops!, Sorry!
Miss-wired schematic, had LK2 Series/Parallel Switch wired backwards.
When switched to "Parallel Mode" would take LK2 out of the loop.
LK2: No Sound, No Output, Nope, Nada, Nothing !!!
LK1 would still be online but not quite what what I was aiming at.
